I started off with a laptop and a small glass desk, after 3 years I slowly have been upgrading to what I have now!
I am not 100% on the vertical monitor
Just bought this sit/stand desk and have finished setting it up!

if you put your pc against the wall you could center the horizontal monitor and save some neck pain
