so I just got a pair of HyperX Cloud III’s for my birthday and I discovered these settings, I am really unknowledgeable when it comes to this stuff, so could someone tell me what this means and which would be an all around best for all types of games? or for a sound heavy game like siege?

Dolby Atmos is best
Sonic audio is the free version of Dolby Atmos
It’s scalable on Xbox consoles and on windows 10 & 11.
If you don’t want to pay for a Atmos license (which I really recommend actually) this can work pretty fine. 😇
DTS is also great for surround sound but Atmos is just superior due to how it works.
Sonic Audio and specially Atmos work so you can feel the exact direction in a spherical way where sounds come from.
DTS has the most convincing surround audio at the highest quality in my opinion. Just make sure to set the headphone preset to whichever pair you use.
