I had a couple days ago over 11 Thousand, than my Game Pass Ultimate expired and after that, I lost over 2k on rewards points. Why?

They expire every so often I believe.
Maybe the extra points you earn with GPU expire if the sub expires.
Maybe you went down from gold to silver or bronze etc
