Alienware 17 R2 2015 model rescued from the thrift store! This thing is 11yrs old already. When I got it the hinges are loose, there’s a rattling noise inside, and keyboard backlight is broken. Fixed them, slapped an old SATA SSD and its now my gaming machine!
I’ve loaded up my Steam games on max settings and they play real nice! This are the games currently installed –
– WWE 2K23
– Mortal Kombat 11
– Street Fighter V
– Ultra Street Fighter IV
– Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3
Hopefully this will last for another 10yrs!

My thrift store has RCA tablets and Packard Bell serial mice. Eesh

I have a M17x r4 at home! Graphic card is dead and many keys aren’t functioning anymore, and run on the Intel processors…
I installed win 11 on it… Sadly it was running bad so I switched to tiny 11 and is much much better, I can even run the game I bought it for… StarCraft 2 (Ok I can’t play coop on it but I can still run the campaign!)
