Hello everyone, my friend brought to me her old 3ds asking me to fix it but it present this issue with the screen, I honestly have no idea what to do, does somebody have some advice? Thank you in advance

Looks like RAM failure, *could* just be a broken lcd data ribbon cable. The easiest thing to do would be reseat the top screen data and backlight ribbon cables. If that doesnt work, [hack the console](https://3ds.hacks.guide) then do a [hardware test](https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Hardware_test). If it shows 0 errors, try replacing the top screen. If the test shows 1 or more errors, the console has hardware failure. You’ll need to replace the motherboard or get a new console.
