3ds Crashing

I recently bought this 3ds and I tried to update it and every time I try to it’ll show me this error. I tried to reset it and it gives me the same error message.

I have Power Cycled it. I have checked the internet connection. I have tried a different WiFi connection. I’ve taken out the Sd card and then tried to update it.

It’s currently on Ver. 10.1.0-27

It’s not modded.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
