Mr. Game & Watch's page on Wikipedia mentions that he had a cameo appearance in Pokemon Advanced, but I can't seem to find anything about him appearing in that series, and there's no citation either. Is this true and I'm just not looking in the right places, or is this entirely false?

Anyone can edit Wikipedia.
Hm… though this is oddly specific to not be true.
Clearly Mr. Game & Watch doesn’t want anyone to find the footage from that game.

I think it is just wrong. I can’t find any Game & Watch reference anywhere in Pokémon.
I searched Bulbapedia for any relevant mentions of “Game & Watch” and didn’t find anything. I think if Mr G&W appeared as an easter egg in an anime episode, it would be mentioned there too.
The edit to the page was made in early 2025 by user “2605:BA00:4138:505:D970:FE07:8DAF:E6CC” and this user also made a bunch of edits to Super Street Fighter II Turbo’s page, all of which got reverted.
Probably just some rando spreading misinformation for no reason
