My new 3ds xl won’t read the Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate game card. I’ve cleaned the game cartridge and it still doesn’t work. Does anybody have solutions?

does ur console work with other games?
What region is the game from and what region is the 3DS from?
Get a cue tip and paperclip and gently scrub the contact pins with IPA preferably 90%
