My goodness, is it just dirt and dust or mold? If it’s mold well alcohol could help, but I’d get a new cover on Amazon or Ali if you want cheap

that case is done for. you can find a cheap replacement on amazon.

As ruined as that is, may as well go full magic eraser on it. Can clean about anything, but it’s practically very fine wet-sanding, so it can remove textures and etc.
Try alcohol first. If that won’t do it, magic eraser time.
