      As they should. Nintendo treats their employees very well (at least in Japan) with no crunch times and plenty of mentoring. Nintendo is in the business of building new talent and creating a generational legacy of designers. The biggest problem is getting in; everyone wants to work there because of all this so Nintendo can be very picky. The article says the survey didn’t include 3rd or 4th year students, but it wouldn’t surprise me if Nintendo was at the top for them too.
