So I have the opportunity to trade my Gold Gardevoir Card from the recent mega evolutions Pokémon set for a N3DSXL (which I’ve been looking for a lot recently)

It comes with poketransporter, poke bank, gold silver and crystal as well as red and blue already installed but the back is a bit damaged.

Am I making a good trade for the DS or getting ripped off?

Your getting ripped off, pre installed games mean almost nothing cause you could just mod and get them. If I were you I’d be looking for a model not flaking or more premium/rarer model. Also more physical games/ accessories (right now I’m looking for like a case for my console, games, chargers, iem, AirPods and phone

    2. I just looked it up… this card goes for roughly 225 graded. it’s on par value wise.

it really just comes down to which you want to have in your possession more (seems like the card from the sound of it)

but personally I would choose the game because they don’t develop these anymore. while a card always has a pull ratio

DS is in rough shape but I’d get more enjoyment out of the 3ds than some cardboard. Its up to you but id do it but i just dont care for pokemon cards

    4. You’ll get more hours out of a DS than you would looking at cardboard. the 3DS is what I would go with unless you just plan to sit on that card waiting for the value to inflate if it even does.

    5. What’s the value of the card?

Might be better to sell the card and use that money to buy a better quality one

I would wait and get one in better condition for cheaper. Hell look at eBay and get one in better condition

    7. I’d do it, a new 3ds xl has more immediate value and should be easier to sell. But I also agree that the 3ds is in pretty rough shape. Although I personally would prefer the New 3ds Xl
