As much as I would like to joke on the backpain that chair will give you and the TV angle probably breaking your neck, you kinda have to work with the space you have there and for that you did kinda well.
Definitely find a different spot for that shoerack so you can buy a proper office chair. And yes, those gaming ones might look cool to you judging by the choice of RGB, but you don’t need it.
