So i was drawing on my 3DS (modded one, this is why i have flipnote studio) and the touchscreen is offset (for me it is SEVERELY offset) I tried recalibrating like 10 times in settings and in Godmode9 (homebrew file manager) and it still does it. Please can i get help?

I think this is actually normal behavior for Flipnote. Does it do the same thing in your notes at the top left of the home screen?
