So i bought this console and i have this error when i open the camera ap or ar game,i think the camera is broken ,I’m not sure if i need to replace it or if is necessary,can you guys help me,thanks!

It’s not a software issue; in my opinion, the camera’s ribbon cable must have come loose. Does the same thing happen when you try to open the camera (L+R) from the home menu?
