Bought a used 3DS with seller claiming both screens have no marks. But it arrived with top screen pretty scratched which is noticeable when playing games. There is even a small pressure mark on the bottom screen (hard to see on pic 6). Is this the norm getting used items or am I over reacting? What’s your experience in replacing the screen lens? Or is it better to send it back?

Send it back. Find one that really looks mint.
