I was working on an N3DS XL and I think I used the wrong screws to put the analog stick back in to place, however by the time I realised, it was too late and now there are raised bumps in the plastic that vary in size.
How would I go about reducing the size/flattening them? Any help appreciated

Looks like you put screws where they didn’t belong. You my friend either have to deal with it or do a repair that is extremely risky. Best thing you can try is something that won’t scratch the plastic but it hard and try to push those bubbles in a little bit
honestly just leave it. you will prob just make it worse. it’s not that bad
