Gamepass just added the GOATs of The Sims franchise (1+2+All Expansions). 2000’s PC Nostalgia💙 Now with Series Consoles Supporting Keyboard & Mouse (KnM), Could we or will we see a Console port of these games? I currently don’t own a PC and wanted to play VIA Series Consoles with KnM. I’d be 100% down for KnM Only console ports! Don’t need to do anything extra except release these games to be able to play on Series Consoles.
And before anyone suggests GFN (which it’s possible these are on there if you sync the Xbox library), I only want it native to the Xbox console. Since KnM has been available on Series Consoles, it’s nice to find some great games that are much preferred and function better with KnM over controller. I can do the extra step Via Edge to GFN if there’s no alternative but man, it’d sure be nice to just boot into a classic Sims 1 or sims 2 world and play it like it was, but on Console.

Maybe not a console port but if it comes to cloud gaming then we’d get access that way.
I doubt pretty strongly that anything keyboard and mouse exclusive will ever come to a console experience. In fact the opposite seems to be true; if anything future “PC” titles will be made to be more controller friendly- for example in the RTS space. Xbox is blurring the lines but it’s by bringing PC to the couch/hands, not by bringing console to run PC software.
