I don’t know if you have already seen it as I woke up very early today, but Arma 3 just went in sale for $7.49. I have been waiting for this for some time now so I saved $7.79 expecting it to be $2.99 again as it has in the past. I excitedly went to go buy it but was slapped in the face with tax and I am missing 32 cents. Is there anyway I can cover the tax without adding more money to my account?

If you have any items in your inventory that you can sell on the Steam Community market you can do that.
If you have games with trading card drops remaining, play them to get the card drops, then sell those cards.
You can play some F2P game like CS2 or TF2 and hope you get in-game items that you can sell on the market (this could take a few weeks though).
Outside of that, to get more money on Steam you have to put more money on Steam. That’s really it.
Or use a debit/credit/paypal to pay the remaining 32 cents.
Quick tips to earn some quick money, go to one of your neighbors and offer to wash their yard, or walk their car, or mow their dog. They’ll give you like $5-10 and you’ll be all set.
Sell a few trading cards on the market if you have some.
