I would, that’s not a super difficult fix. The ribbon cable is about $20 depending on where you buy it.
It could require soldering to fix the bumper.
That’s a phenomenal price, you’ll never see another that low, might be too late already tbh. Shoulder is an easy and cheap replacement. Good find!
