Clearly liquid had gotten in at some point. It also is missing the liquid damage indicator. It also has a large scuff on the outside and a vertical scratch on the top screen from the bottom making contact.
I contacted the seller to ask for a refund and so we’ll see what they say… Anyone ever escalate something through eBay before? I’m giving the seller a chance but I’m not messing around here with this one. This isn’t even a ‘good condition’ handheld let alone a ‘great condition’ one.

On eBay you got buyer protection within like the first 2 or 3 days. Request a refund thru the eBay option, if they say no, it lets you escalate it with eBay directly. Use option, item not as described
