I hope they keep dropping more game updates, both for Animal Crossing and for other series (like the recent Splatoon 3 and Donkey Kong Country Returns updates). Probably helps sell older software, too.

So, what does this update NOT include that is in the switch 2 edition??

Still wish they’d let us have individual islands on a single console.

I just want a new optional hourly soundtrack. After so much time with the game, I am nauseated by the current hourly music.

I regret paying for the switch 2 edition. The graphical upgrade is hardly noticeable and all the meaningful content was part of the free update. Dream islands don’t work the way I thought they would which is disappointing as well. I think I’m done until the next animal crossing

I think the switch2 update is very good. The higher graphical fidelity really makes the object designers artistry shine. The inside of the museum is flat out beautiful.

As a new ACNH player these features look mad. I’ve gone in blind and no time travelling, it’s all very basic for me at the moment

I thought it was another update, just a shorter trailer for the update they already released two weeks ago.

I am torn between the fact that I don’t really feel like there’s much to do on my current island, and the fear of losing it if I delete it 😮💨
