

I have had to repair this part twice and finally I have successfully repaired it again when doing a but im more interested as why this happens and how can i prevent it from happening again. I can not do this repair for the third time or I might just end it all๐ญ๐

Things just happen.
If this is a third party aftermarket top frame then this is what you should expect to happen because the plastic material they use is not strong enough to withstand the hinge mechanism when it open and closes causing too much pressure on that part and then cracking. Your option would to try and spend more money on other third party aftermarket top frame to find one that works or try your luck to find if anyone is selling an OEM top frame
Because the New Nintendo 2DS XL absolutely sucks ass in every aspect, build quality, functioning, and even the screens, which break under feather pressure and the motherboard, which can literally die if you have a defective n2dsxl unit.
