so, yesterday i changed the screen and put everything back, i checked the connectors and everything and they are correct, when it launches i get this problem that some of the buttons work, and u cant even calibrate the screen bc its not working

First of all, your console is very nice. Second, in the video the D-pad looks squashed (or maybe I’m blind and the D-pad is fine). I’m no expert, but you could find someone to take it apart and fix it.
There is some connector or ribbon cable that is not making good contact. Try again following a guide step by step and ensure that each connector is correctly in place. Also make sure that the ribbon cables are not damaged.
