You can try heating it with a hairdryer on a low setting.
I would just employ the regular sticker removal methods, heat and maybe some goo gone if needed. The 3ds xl will be a lot less susceptible to damage than the new 3ds xl so you should be good. Just don’t use sharp tools to scrape or you run the risk of scratching what looks to be a pretty mint console.
