G2a is the grey market one that had a lot of issues in the past, try cdkeys/loaded instead

G2A verifies sellers and offers a **G2A Shield warranty**, which refunds users if a key is invalid or already used. While some sellers may use questionable methods (like stolen or duplicated keys), the platform claims to actively combat fraud and maintains that the vast majority of keys are **100% legitimate and officially generated** by developers and publishers.

I’ve used G2A multiple times. I’ve only had one instance where a code didn’t work and I got a refund within a couple days.

Take a chance. I’ve bought 5 or so games over the years. The last game I bought failed to activate because it was bought in another country. Even though it was good for the USA. Thankfully they refunded me but it took 2 months and only after I left a negative review
After that I’m done with G2A

I only trust Loaded, Fanatical, Green Man Gaming and Humble Bundle.
I’ve been told to stay away from G2A.

I personally never had any problems with Keys from G2A.
Just look into the specific seller reviews, it’s like a marketplace where different companies can sell.
