I know this question has been asked many times already, but I came across the pictured Japanese new 3DS XL at 160€ (which yes, I will mod), so…

    What are some things you can actually check when buying a 3DS online (no pickups).

    I would ask the seller to, off the top of my head, send a video of closing and opening the console to check hinge functionality. Functionality of the photo app. Maybe a pic of the battery health/percentage. What else?

      Read listing to be informed of what you are buying

      Buy the thing that you want based on the listing, knowing you can do an Item Not As Described return if it isn’t as described.

      Personally I don’t bother questioning sellers. If the listing is vague or has generic photos, then I just move on to another listing.
