I dont know how, but when I turned my 3ds xl on this came up. I’ve had this 3ds for about 3 years now and didn’t know 😅. How can I make the best of this and make it work?

Generally you can create or download game ISOs and play them off the SD card. Or just backup your own physical games.
Or you can use Luma for cheats in games but I never bothered with it. Could mess up a save file on accident. Depends on the game.
It’s telling you to look at the Wiki page anyways.
There’s a button combo that will skip this screen. Might be holding left on dpad or something similar.
