Was trying to open up my console for a circle pad replacement, but apparently I'm awful at unscrewing screws. First two came out fine, next three were a pain to take out, last one isn't even turning in the slightest. (No i haven't yet removed the screws under the rubber things, i wanted to do that after this).
Is there any way i can get this open (without damaging anything further) other than drilling into these tiny screws (still dont understand entirely what people mean by drilling)?

A rubber band between the screwdriver and screw.
Or
Put something sticky on the screwdrivers head and try that way. Helped me many times. Stuff like UHU Patafix or any other brand.
EDIT: It’s about increasing friction to screw them out.
