This feels like a mess. You have multiple displays, not even remotely aligned, haphazardly arranged on your desk. I would consider getting an ultrawide instead of what you have right now. The laptop as a tertiary display is also out of place, you’d be better off tucking it away and just using your main display.
Cable management needs work, it’s way too visible. I’m also not a fan of the backlight, you can just get rid of that and replace it with a normal lamp.
