If you can get a thin rubber band in there, push your screw driver into it and it should be able to grip the screw without rounding it anymore. And you’re going to want deep downward pressure while doing so, until it’s loose enough.

If the rubber band technqiue dont work. You can use a bad solder tip or bad screwdriver and solder it to the screw to unscrew it out. You will need to replace said screw tho.
