Hundreds of companies are suing to get tariff refunds, why wouldn’t they ? This is hardly news
That means im getting a refund too and prices are going to go down, right?
Nintendo passed tariff costs to consumers with higher prices. If they get a refund, are they going to give that to every consumer? Are they going to cut prices of everything and reimburse everyone?
Every company that lost profits because of illegal fees should sue this administration.
