I got this really cool pikachu 3dsxl and after only two days I went to launch a new game i downloaded and it turned off. It won’t turn back on. I charged it for a bit over an hour and the blue light comes on but that’s it. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help is very appreciated

I’m not 100% sure I’m new to the 3Ds community myself but I think you have a softlock or a softbrick you can check for tutorials online on how to fix
