Bought tickets already but it said we’d get some sort of confirmation code that we could use to access a “galaxy passport,” but I didn’t receive a code. Anyone also having this problem?

I tried putting in my code and it brought up the add the wallet thing, but I reloaded the page and now it says my code is invalid

Just got mine off AMC, though the confirmation number there is 10 characters and the website is asking for 8.
