My new 3ds XL has the menu drifting for some reason and I can't find the problem. The touch screen was tested and work as intended, and the circle pad, also tested, isn’t drifting and work perfectly.
Does anyone know what is happening here ? Thank you in advance.

It seems to “jump” icons instead of scrolling, so stuck shoulder buttons (L or ZL) maybe?
