I have to assume Nintendo supports and endorses this, since they’re suing the US government for tariff money (so basically double dipping on taxpayers who already paid for the tariffs), but not for these posts.
I guess this is what Nintendo considers advertising. Maybe we should reconsider buying any of Nintendo’s products, if this is what they stand for?

And ppl that keep saying Nintendo should do something. They won’t. Nintendo are a bunch of pussies and go after those who have no money, god forbid they go after an entire government system. They would get destroyed. Only reason for the other lawsuit is because of tariffs, but Nintendo is just adding themselves to a list of other companies that want refunds because of the Supreme Court not too long ago ruling that some of last years tariffs were illegally done by Trump. Even some U.S. states filed for suit over the newer ones. Yet Nintendo didn’t do jack shit for an entire year when those tariffs were being pushed earlier last year. They know their place and now that those refunds are trying to be issued, they just want money back and adding themselves to the list. If the courts never ruled for that, Nintendo, along with others would have sat back and continue to be pussies, just like last year when Homeland Security used Nintendo IP’s for ICE raids……Nintendo did jack shit.
