      Cool concept but after a certain point this just becomes it’s own handheld that has no reason to plug into the S2

      I get the nostalgia, but an accessory should enhance the experience, not complicate it. This feels a bit like trying to redo the Wii U.

      Nintendo builds forward. DS → 3DS, Wii → Wii U, even the Famicom Disk System was an addon. That’s why a secondary handheld with a smaller screen doesn’t really make sense to me, even as a Game & Watch fan.

      What would make sense? A shell accessory, like the Virtual Boy Switch housing. Imagine turning the Switch into a Game & Watch-style clamshell, with a folded dual-screen layout to play something like Donkey Kong (DK‑52) properly. Build on the Switch. Don’t split it. That feels way more Nintendoesque.
