Technically its not possible to get pokemon bank anymore legitimately (through eShop). But you can still get it with cfw extremely easily for free. No reason to pay extra for this, but people will try to extract as much money as they can out of the 3ds market right now anyway
Mines still got Bank and Transporter. It also has the Sun and Moon demo
It’s the whole reason I took my wife’s 3ds to mod. I wanna transfer all my Pokemon from Diamond
