      Lucky, that’s a rookie error i wouldn’t expect them to yield but i guess it’s your lucky day.

    2. You se a lot of complaining about Xbox support.

      But i have been with Xbox from the OG console.
      Xbox support have always fixed my problems with no question ask, all from games to hardware problems.

      I remember when I got RRD on the 360.
      The warranty was expired by almost 2 years.

      I told My self no way the will help me but I can always ask.

      The just told me to send in the paperwork.
      After one week the UPS picked up my Xbox and after 2 weeks a brand new 360 elit console arrived.

      And with a 60 days Xbox live for good gesture.

      This is just one of many times Xbox support helped me and this is why I stay.

      I’ve never had any problems with Microsoft support, in fact i’ve not had any problems with any company support with a human behind. Always very helpful so far, most workers at support are good.

    4. Microsoft support has always been the best. Have requested a few refunds over the years and they always refund me instantly
