My 3ds needed a cable changed on its screen so I send it to a service to fix it but when it came back it had a problem with its 3D function. It looks “inverted”. Does anybody knows what can be causing it and how can I fix it?

Well first off, shoving a 3D image like that through a 2D camera doesn’t show us much. Second, I see you have a New 3DS; try recalibrating Super Stable 3D in Settings. Third, I like that theme 🙂
On the 3DS, the 3D effect works using something called a parallax barrier, which has to be perfectly synchronized with the left/right images on the screen. If something is slightly off, like the screen ribbon cable not being properly seated or slightly damaged during the repair, it can actually swap or misalign the left/right images. When that happens, the 3D looks “inverted” exactly like you described.
Since the problem appeared right after the repair, I’d honestly recommend sending it back to the repair service and asking them to fix it. It’s very likely just a mounting or ribbon cable issue, and opening a 3DS (especially the top screen) is pretty tricky if you’re not experienced.
