    Is it normal to receive a victini at the beginning of pokemon rumble blast?



    no passwords, no cheats, beginners park i found a victini, is this normal or am I lucky?

      also yeah pretty sure it is possible, been a hell of a long time since i played rumble blast (it’s actually called super pkmn rumble in my country!) but i do recall having one early on

      Yeah, Victini’s a guaranteed drop in the tutorial area. >!It’ll get outclassed in strength really quickly, so don’t get too attached!!<
