Just noticed this today. It's usually all gray but that it has a gradient based on the color you pick in personalization. Anyone else see this as well?

Are you sure it’s not because of the background ? It seems ro be green right where the stripe passes behind it.

It can be turned off in Settings.
It’s a part of the new Dashboard update, are you an Xbox Insider? I’m not sure if the update is out for everyone yet, there should be personalisation settings
I like it, I miss all the gradients of the 360 era.
