Hey guys, my New Nintendo 3DS XL is really used, I am looking to change like as much as possible of this on a low budget.
Can someone tell me what I can change beside the covers? Like maybe also the inside around the buttons and the screen?
Or the R and L buttons?
And is it easy to change?
I already changed my own phone screen and stuff and looking to modify my nintendo 3ds further and further with other loading thingy and more.

It’s a lot of work but if you did your own phone screen you’re probably capable of it just know it’s harder and more work.
Personally I’d wait there’s a company atm working on making high quality shells as the current ones of the market are low quality.
If I was you I would get new plates and repaint the shell. The replacement shells online aren’t very good quality. You can get different coloured buttons and it isn’t too difficult to do, you just need to be patient and careful with ribbon cables. I would avoid changing the screen unless you really have to, the 3ds is notoriously horrible to change the screen
I don’t understand why you would ask for a shell replacement when you only need to replace the faceplates, you can also skip this part and just put a case on it
