after getting a singular piece of silver for a bounty, I realized that being an honest man doesn't pay in pywel. So I decided to go down a darker path. Hopefully this will be enough to last me for a while. Ill still do side content, but only stuff that's actually fun and worth doing. won't grind random fetch quests and small time blunties for a few pieces of silver

I played a few hours and decided to shelve it for a while and hope some issues get fixed in updates
I’ve probably played 2 hours. Up to where you learn to fly. I cant say I love it so far to be honest. Hoping it picks up. Mostly its just been some really generic fetch quest type stuff, without me knowing why Im even doing them other than the game telling me to do it and the void or whatever its called has got to be some of the crappiest puzzle platforming ever.
Played for almost 100h already and have only 2/34 achievements, seen a quarter of the full map (because I actually chose the slow route and did all the side quests and all) and only one gold bar so far. How can this be?

I fell off at about 10 hours. I just wasn’t getting into it.
I like everything about the game until combat starts.
Then I hate it.
Exploring the world is amazing. The puzzle design is fantastic.
But the combat is the worst shit I’ve played in probably 20 years.
How do you get gold? I have $45 silver and just finishing chapter 2.
To the people that have played it since it’s been patched, what exactly have they even changed? I have a friend who just regurgitates streamer-talk and he says “everyone is playing it now” (he’s kind of a loser for this behavior but I digress), and I just don’t think that’s true.
How could they fix janky combat, frustrating key bindings, and lack of variety in questing in a single patch? Those, outside of maybe updating the key bindings (if they even care to), don’t really seem all that patch able even to me..
I’m at the early parts of Chapter VI right now, my inventory is about 160 or so, I don’t have a single gold bar. I haven’t stolen anything in the game actually.
