Just bought a new 3ds xl, and I noticed this black spot in the bottom left corner of the top screen. I think it's an IPS screen. Since it's small I'm not really bothered, but I was wondering what is it exactly? It seems from my research that it might be from a lcd leak.
Does anyone else had this kind of problem happen before? My only concern is if it's gonna spread even more.

But seriously, it is indeed a LCD leak. That black void will slowly grow like cancer until the entire screen is dead. It won’t happen instantly, but it will happen over time. It could be months, or it could be years before the top is consumed by the void.

dead pixels fix it if you must but a corner isnt the worst place to have them
