Top screens you run a big risk of messing the 3d up bottom is what it is easiest.
I wouldn’t. Finding an IPS screen is hard, finding an original one (pretty much essential to keep 3D operational) is extremely hard, and actually swapping it is not easy either. All for a negligible (near unnoticeable) improvement in viewing angles.
As for USB-C I just don’t get the point. Buy a USB-C to 3DS dongle. Done.
Display maximalists will try to convince you there’s a world of difference, but I promise after 15 minutes, it wont make you enjoy the games any more
Usbc, yeah. No reason to fuck with the screens.
Seems like an intense amount of work for marginally better screens and a slightly more convenient charging method but i guess its comes down to how comfortable and experienced you are with working on that kinda stuff
If it’s working fine – why mess with it….??
