At least if going for the tree analogy with every newer console stemming from one ancestor (root) splitting up in many children (branches) through the generations.

Pretty good work! Maybe you could add a thin timeline on the left indicating year?

I would add the Wii Family Edition.
This is the Wii that they removed the GameCube controller ports from, didn’t include the silver stand and changed all of the printing so it was upright when laying down.
Also the NES and SNES Classic Editions should be there too.

Nice list! If you ever do a second version, depending on how you count “Nintendo Console”, the following are missing.
* Nintendo Computer Mah-Jong Yakuman (First use of link cable I know of)
* iQue Player (Chinese licensed version of N64 with very different design, library)
* Nintendo Mini Classics (Since you have Game and Watch)
* Pokemon Pikachu (Not sure if this counts as a virtual pet, but it’s kind of a spiritual predecessor to the Pokemon Mini, and the list includes game and watch and color tv era consoles so I’m including it. Not sure if you would include the pokewalker too.)
* Panasonic Q (GameCube that could play DVDs)
* Visteon Dockable Entertainment (Automotive DVD player with licensed GBA functionality)
* NES/Famicom Mini and Super Mini consoles (Since game and watch re release is included)
Misc/Niche. Not sure if you would want to include these.
* Nintendo Gateway System versions for hotels and in transport entertainment solutions.
* Nintendo Starlight Gaming units for healthcare.
* Various kiosk, specialty units for places like McDonalds, The Louvre.
* Dev Kits for each
Not Nintendo, but has Nintendo DNA. A little less direct, but kind of like the PlayStation 1.
* The WonderSwan line would not have been the way it was without Gunpei Yokoi. No direct Nintendo involvement to my knowledge.
* Some people have said the XaviXPORT console was made by former Famicom/NES engineers, but I don’t know how true it is. No direct Nintendo involvement to my knowledge.
* You could argue anything using an ARC architecture CPU is a descendent of the SuperFX chip. I don’t know if any game consoles used it, I think it’s mostly cars.

That’s kinda neat.
Wow…
Neat
It’s upside down tho?
