Have you tried unplugging your hdmi cord from the ps5 and tv for 60 seconds? When you do this also make sure the ps5 and tv are off. Some times the hdmi signals can get screwed up.. same thing happened to me after a ps5 system update and this fixed it for me..
Hopefully it works for you.. if not i would try a different hdmi cable alltogether.
