My New 3DS XL is turning off and on randomly, at random intervals. The extra power off button does nothing, or even the home button. It shuts off even if I try to cancel it. I’ve tried disabling the power button, but this issue still persists. Pls help, thanks.

I’d like to add, that it also does this on a full charge, with and without the charger. The power button doesn’t always turn it on, sometimes I have to press it numerous times.
It appears that something is holding down the power button, or something is causing the system to think the power button is being held down
