Definitely replaceable, although I can’t speak to the ease of opening up a 2ds. I’ve replaced the stick on my og 3ds pretty easily with YouTube vids.

if the housing is damaged, you’ll need a donor 2ds or a custom housing (if you can find one), or you can just buy the 3ds slider and replace it yourself since it’s the same thing

You’re lucky it’s a 2DS, which will make replacing this super easy compared to a regular 3DS. Get a circle pad replacement (super cheap to get on Amazon), and some come with the tools you need. Watch a reputable video on how to tear down the 2DS (it’s way easier than expected) I’ve done this 3 times now for myself and friends and had no experience before.
I just noticed the broken plastic part: You’ll most likely need a new shell, again SUPER easy to replace but finding a shell might be hard (I can never find aliexpress cheap shells). I’d look for an old non-working (for parts) 2DS and just use that shell to replace.

Is it just cosmetic damage?
