It’s dual IPs in mint or close to mint condition. Asking price is 650 US$. I rarely see dual IPs and this one is my favorite limited but the 650 is a little spicy. Is it still a good deal or maybe a can order same thing from japan at any moment ?

Hell no. At the end of the day, it’s still a 3ds, and $650 for a 3ds is a lot no matter what.
